I want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you need to return an item please contact me through email.

All items may be returned for a "store credit" within 2 weeks of purchase as long as item is unused and in its original condition and with original packaging. Must provide proof of purchase or receipt, unless given as a gift in which case I will work with you to help find an alternative piece or issue you a store credit.

Sorry, no cash refunds.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, if receiving an exchange for return, shipping costs will be deducted from refund.

If shipping back an item over $75.00, please provide a tracking number.

All items are handmade and though I strive to make pieces of quality and strength, sometimes human nature prevails and I make a mistake. Not to fear, you can always contact me and I will work to improve the issue or find a solution to fix the situation if I can.

Note that stones have varying textures and often might appear different in person vs online. Some sizing may vary due to the nature of hand cut beads.

Patinas of some metals may eventually wear due to varying ph levels of people.

 Repairs/Adjustments/Replacements:

If you purchased an item from me and something has happened to it that needs repairing or alteration - please contact me via email and I will evaluate if I can fix it or possibly find an alternate solution. Please note that in some cases there may be a minimal charge for replacement materials.

If you have lost an earring- please contact me and I will see if a replacement mate is possible. I keep photo records of my work and will do my best to help in this situation.

Cost for a replacement is usually half the original price of the pair of earrings.

 Custom Work:

I have done a lot of custom work in the past - but am focused on providing small limited collections each month during the Mill City Farmers Market 2022 season.

If you saw something that sold and are super set on finding something like it I will see if I can help but gotta be transparent that I am prioritizing what I have on hand and never make pieces exactly alike as I strive to make one of a kind work.
